Womanhood.
Sometimes you may think that we are too unsettled, too dramatic, too complicated, too on-guard, too loud, too angry, too crazy, too much. But do you hear us?
Do you see us? Do you acknowledge us beyond our appearances? Beyond our pretty faces and our bodies?
Do you see our wrinkles, our stretch marks, our scars and our struggles? Do you love them? Because we do, or at least, we try. We try every day to look in the mirror and love what we see, even though sometimes we don't succeed. We try to wipe out our tears, to put our brave faces on, and to be ourselves every day. We are women, mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, lovers and so much more. We show up and we never give up. In a world that expects us to be pretty and to behave ''properly'' (by society standards), we are way more than that: we are fucking superheroes.
