Carina and Fritz tied the knot with a ceremony on the highest mountain in Germany. You can legally get married on the Zugspitze, so that is what they decided to do.
I knew from the beginning that they were fun and adventurous, so I was extremely happy to accompany them on their special day. We took the gondola from Eibsee then we drank some hot cocoa while waiting for the ceremony to start. Needless to say, it was so intimate and special I too shed a tear or two. After the officialities, we went outside in the snow where all the fun began: snow fights, laughs, happy dances and mulled wine were just a few things we had during our photoshoot.
Carina and Fritz also booked an Igloo for the night, right there in the Iglu-Dorf -Zugspitze and it was so magical to actually walk inside the icy walls carved with beautiful illustrations.
All in all, it was a heck of an adventure and I am so grateful I got to witness their love.
