Elopement in the Mountains at Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Beautiful mountains, breathtaking views and the love of your life by your side. What can be more beautiful than that on your special day? I know that lately, it has been very hard to plan a big wedding, but with this post, I want to show you how beautiful can be to elope or to celebrate your love only with your closest family & friends.

Having a small ceremony during a pandemic is possible, so for those of you who are thinking of eloping, I am here for you! I am all about capturing the intimacy between 2 people in love and about telling their undying story. As a guide, friend and someone who encourages people to be themselves- kiss, hug, dance in the fields, scream their love from the top of the mountains, make memories and most importantly: have fun!

Franziska and Janis wanted to make something special after their engagement so we did an elopement photoshooting. With the help of a few incredible local vendors, we managed to create a mini wedding in Garmisch Paternkirchen.

The theme? Vintage meets Boho. Based on an earthy toned colour palette, elegant accessories but still keeping it wild and bohemian with the scenic mountains and a flowy dress, my goal was to capture their romantic adventurous love story. I am so proud of the results and that I was able to organize this entire shooting for them, despite the Corona difficulties we had to face. I hope you like it as much as I do!
